If you check out the Women's Physique World site, you'll find lots of really good quality in-season and off-season shots of many of the top women BBs and Fitness competitors.

Yeah, I too would like to hear about contest diet preparation.Off season and pre-contest.

Yes looks like the same woman to me too. She is huge!! Holy cow! As I said before, I suppose everything has an impact-including but not limited to gear AND leanesss- on features. Like Nubian Beaty said, it doesn't matter if they juice or not. Wish I had half the muscle she does. :)

I caught the Worlds Strongest Womens on the tube yesterday and boy oh boy am I motivated! Those women were beyond belief. It seems as though the only time I see women who look like me is when I look in the mirror, so I got off on seeing them. Shannon Hartney is quite impressive as was Heine from Finland. Just beautiful women. Matter of fact I went out and did some tire flipping. Lucky for me I got all kinds of stuff to drag, carry and play with plus the privacy so no one sees this old lady acting like a maniac!

Ah yes on diet I have done some revamping and it is paying off by strength increases and lbm gain. Yessir the food is the fuel.-valerie

I will have to say that Jill really did awesome this year. With several prior injuries to her back/knee you still could see the determination in her eyes. She flat out did amazing. I watched it with her last Monday and it was crazy listening to her critique herself.

She is definitely one of a kind and a genetic freak at that. She has put in her share of hard work and will always continue to do just a tad bit more and train a tad bit harder than anyone out there. You can't put anything past her.

Jackie Young really improved since last year and there was actually a 3 way tie for second place after the last event.

Her diet isn't anymore difficult than someone eating who doesn't think about what they put in their mouth. She's eaten right for so long I truly believe it comes natural....as does her hard work. She actually put more into her dieting during her bodybuilding years.

She is definitely a great woman, competitor, and a true friend to me. I am very proud of what she has accomplished...as is everyone who knows her and even those who don't.

I was just awed by all of them. Of course Jill is the role model for that sport. Yeah watching her rep out 13 on the squat. Absulotely thrilling. All of them, the German who is 39, and the Irish gal, short but powerful. The Swiss woman, the Canadian, can't remember all the names, but wow!

Great for women everywhere to see.

Really helped to set my goals for this year. Not that I want to compete(I can see it now, the Worlds Oldest Strong Women). But as a personal thing. I've won all that I can at BB and really don't want to do the dieting thing anymore. -valerie

Valerie, where have you been...in terms of comptetion in BBing, achieving personal goals, etc... I'm just curious. I like to hear personal stories. Also I am really interested in the diet you were talking about couple of posts back. I'd like to know what you started with, how you've adjusted and what you're doing now. Thanks in advance... :)
