its nice, but its hard as heck to explain to anybody, I tried to explain it to my girlfriend, and she just laughed.
some how even though I skipped me upper body my pecs and tris are really sore, must be all th efootball I played this week, us indoor track people are hardcore but i really seem to never get sore with my lower body, it might be because I run and have a high GPP, of course I really don't know what that has to do with recovery, but, who knows, speaking of recovery I'm going to bed, see you later
