i'm guessing i've lost 5 pounds, but i haven't weighed myself for at least a week.

i do all those rehab stretches and excercises, but they dont seem to do much.

when i was 12 or so i hurt my back. my right iliopsoas(sp?). that was during the summer.

the next summer i tore my glute/hamstring insertion. that took about a year to fully get over.

now this summer, i did this shit.

i'm doomed. lol
 
haha, thanks..i dont really do anything special. i just keep fucking myself up and hoping i get better. i'm more of a dumbass than anything
 
well if you're talking about dumbasses, I'm #1, why just today I crawled through the snow under some sticker bushes in shorts, so don't feel like too much of a dumbass;)

Ever tried climbing barb wire in shorts, because you were too lazy to walk ot the gate.... Ahh.. I miss being a pre-pubescent boy.. the wonderfully fun i put myself through...
 
well i figure i'm destined to powerlift and/or do some strongman stuff in a couple years. i thought i was a bodybuilder ;)

i've been doing new things and quitting things that i've done for years. i'm trying to find what i like best. i had my first meet in september, a bench-only, and that was so fun. i tried bodybuilding again to see if i liked it after that. i stuck with it for 2-3 months, and i'm doing pretty good i guess, but i cant imagine not having maximal strength because i would want to look pretty.

i'm going to see if i can get into powerlifting tomorrow. there hasn't been any meets yet, so that'll be good. we also have a sport rehab place in town that sends a guy to come to our school so maybe he can help me with my back. i'll probably end up deadlifting sumo.

i'm losing too much strength on the CKD, so i'll just increase workload and eat good. i'll be lifting in the 275 class.

today i got out of ketosis faster than you can say 'fat'
