**Workout Update**
This week, kept the same schedule: 3 days HIIT cardio & 3 days full body circuit......got some good lifts today @ the gym - 30lb DB O/H shoulder presses, 60lbs each side on the Hammer Strength chest press, 70lbs on the HS Iso Lat High Row....... I feel I'm stronger than I was.....
Knees have been achy this week -- left on & off achy & right is achy where the screw is......so I may skip the treadmill this week even tho I've been enjoying it - I like that it seems that my "wind" is better and I have the perfect treadmill run cycle of songs on my lil pink Ipod!
**Diet**
Pretty much the same....no real cravings - had the 1 cheat meal yesterday with the pizza & a glass of wine tonite.....
Still can't fit into the size 8 pants, but I feel leaner for some reason....
