I had a cheat meal yesterday too - they ordered pizza at work so I had 2 pieces.....now this part is funny - after I ate it I got a "hot flash" of sorts, got all hot N sweaty so I guess it jacked up my metabolism!!
Got some good lifts in today (yay! for Red Blast!) - 30lb DBs on my O/H shoulder press & 60lbs EACH SIDE on the Hammer Strength chest press!!

But they are "log oven" (whatever in english)...margarita, and four cheese....

MMMMM, yes, wood burning oven pizza - good stuff!!
I am liking the Red Blast....makes me THIRSTY tho.....but it gives me an, erm, "enhanced" ability to focus or concentrate on lifting....not sure if I'm eloquating this correctly.....it's diff. for me than T-rex which almost makes me angry & I lift angrily....Red Blast doesn't really give me an "intense" workout per se, but it's more focused & productive. You can't get it down there??

Pizza was great!!! really thin almost no cheese!!Lot's of chopped tomato, and basil...That bread texture it what comforts me!
I will call fatima and ask if she can ship it...if not I will be in beavercreek for easter and ask her to ship it there...Any tips on snowboard? I am terrible at getting off lift chair HELP!!!
This week, kept the same schedule: 3 days HIIT cardio & 3 days full body circuit......got some good lifts today @ the gym - 30lb DB O/H shoulder presses, 60lbs each side on the Hammer Strength chest press, 70lbs on the HS Iso Lat High Row....... I feel I'm stronger than I was.....
Knees have been achy this week -- left on & off achy & right is achy where the screw is......so I may skip the treadmill this week even tho I've been enjoying it - I like that it seems that my "wind" is better and I have the perfect treadmill run cycle of songs on my lil pink Ipod!
**Diet**
Pretty much the same....no real cravings - had the 1 cheat meal yesterday with the pizza & a glass of wine tonite.....
Still can't fit into the size 8 pants, but I feel leaner for some reason....
One thing I'm noting in the past month is that I'm cold a lot of the time now....I'm usually a warm-blooded person & hot/warm a lot, but lately I'm cold most of the time.....need to get another BF test to see if I've dropped....
