im 38 years old and have found myself out of shape. ive been hitting the gyme very hard last 6-8 months and have lost 20 lbs so far.Ive gone through a very hard divorce and now i sit a single father of two lil girls.Its been really hard but now im back and loving life ready to get fit and strong.this contest ids gonna be a great way to get some advice and motivation to stay on my goals.. thanks Ef and all who help out hear iys a great place to learn about fitnness and all that goes with it.
ok my goals are to get strong and loose my bellyi still got one but not for long
get around 10% and lowe on my bf and also of corse build some great muscle tone as well.
im hitting the gyme 3 to 4 times a week
my work out is kind of a push pull workout for strengh
and doing cardio as well
i will post my workout in more detail vry soon
my diet is pretty good these days probably not eating quite enough but its clean meats and veggies. i need to get some protein products to help it out.i have some whey protein that i make frozen fruit shakes with after my workouts but i think i need some more protein bars..my diet is key i know and its getting better every day, with working full time and juggling kids school and sports.take up a lot of time, I will post my diet up as well....
i am going to be doing a cycle
