today was a off gyme est day body defintly needed it.. got up in the morning anf felt very tired.
diet was great but didnt eat to much
4eggs scambled onion spinich
almond milk half glass
apple
orange
carrots
steemed veggies and shrimp
brown rice
yogurt berries and flackseed oats
gotta say im pretty hungry but feel great this evening i sure hop i can keep this up.This comp. has been a great motivation for me just to keep on track and see how everyone else is doing gives even more motives .......
