today was a off gyme est day body defintly needed it.. got up in the morning anf felt very tired.

diet was great but didnt eat to much

4eggs scambled onion spinich
almond milk half glass
apple
orange
carrots
steemed veggies and shrimp
brown rice
yogurt berries and flackseed oats

gotta say im pretty hungry but feel great this evening i sure hop i can keep this up.This comp. has been a great motivation for me just to keep on track and see how everyone else is doing gives even more motives .......

you need way more protein in your diet bro, youre gonna waste away eating like that

Do you and me a favor right now man, PM RADAR and tell him that I sent you to him for full blown and highly detailed diet work to include meal by meal breakdown.
Bro you have one hell of a lot of potential but.....we gotta pare you down a bit.
Also PM Nate and have him run over that cycle with you. There is the possibility that he may indeed have you use that dbol but in small doses. The anabolism of it could potentially help you cut off the excess pounds.
