I would forget about the protein bar and N2 Mix. Look at getting the Whey, Replenisher, N2 Stim, N2 Burn, N2 Falme and PhytoSerm. You can ask some of the other guys about possibly adding T3, transforms and/or sarms down the road.
If I were you I would cut out the greasy fats like the sausage also peanut butter and French fries are no good. Eat almonds instead. Try to keep your carbs limited to things like oatmeal, brown rice and whole wheat.
Listen to boybounce, hit the gym but your objective should be fat loss. You're a big guy, if you focus on shredding the fat I think you'll be surprised how much muscle you already have.
