Defo i think gonna focus more on cardio an burn sum shape before u start concentrating on weights,as u build muscle its gonna push fat out an def wouldnt do dbol as u dont want bloat u need to trim
 
my cardio is getting better im doing cardio on my off weight days
i usally go for 30 45 mins extra hard or 15 secs of every min
its hard ti keep that up for the full time but im trying tooo usallu 3-4 days week

my workout are not super heavey weight but deffinitly fast pace keeping blood pumpimg hard for the duration to burn more calls

dbol yeah havent done any might not
go full into the mast and test
next injection is tomarow
gonna get on t3 as well not sure how thats gonna feel
 
Pretty sure 1 of mod experts chime in an guide u mate buh to me i think ur best transformation is burning away at fat an if i wer u i wouldnt be touchin a cycle well not muscle buildin buh sure u get advice on diet training an sum stuff to help burn as def ur best chance at best transformation an u prob win as u big guy

9am 3 boiled eggs sausage patty
1030 am gyme wish i ate something before
1230 30 gram protein fruit smoothy
130 apple
2 dry roasted peanuts
330 mandrin orange
430 two spoons peanut butter
600 4 1/2 small telapia filets dry rub lil grape seed oil
carrots. four french fries baked..horsradish
800 probably greek plane yogurt and hlf apple
 
I would forget about the protein bar and N2 Mix. Look at getting the Whey, Replenisher, N2 Stim, N2 Burn, N2 Falme and PhytoSerm. You can ask some of the other guys about possibly adding T3, transforms and/or sarms down the road.

If I were you I would cut out the greasy fats like the sausage also peanut butter and French fries are no good. Eat almonds instead. Try to keep your carbs limited to things like oatmeal, brown rice and whole wheat.

Listen to boybounce, hit the gym but your objective should be fat loss. You're a big guy, if you focus on shredding the fat I think you'll be surprised how much muscle you already have.

ok today was crazy buzy but still killed the gyme gonna be sore tomarow.

my workout was the style as above but different exersizes

warm up was 10 mins hard elliptocal try maintain 170 blood pressure or what ever that reading is pulses maybee hmm

hang power snatches 95/5 105/5 115/5 125/4
forward lunges bb 45/6 55/6 65/6 75/6
back extensions 0/6 25/6 25/6 25/6
incline dumbells 55/6 65/6 75/6 85/6
t bar rows 45/6 75/6 95/6 120/6
single arm db overhead press 35/6 45/6 55/5 started to get cramps in my back so i didnt do anymore
1 arm pull downs stiing from overhead to almost floor 30/6 35/6 45/6 45/6
cable rotations 45/6 52.5/6 57/6 62.5/6
4 point planks 25 sec three times was wipped at this point

im really feelingit and gonna be sore

my diet was good as well
3 eggs almonds
chicken, orange
chicken ,almonds, orange
sirlone stake green beans double order
work out
35 gram protien shake frozen fruit
probably greek yogurt berries flackseen lil honey and oats

felt really great today great energy and not as sore as i thought but still pretty sore feeling goog and strong today.
my day went like this as far as diet and workout cardio day

two bite rasin bran
thee hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup outmeal

chicken and an apple

chicken and carrots and an orange
gyme 4:30 pm
eliptical 20 mins 2 miles
stationary bike 10 miles 32 mins

pot roast with carrots potatoes a onions mushrooms
i know it wasnt the best meal but it was a pretty lean piece of meat

gonna have yogurt berries flackseed and outs for snack before bed
oh yea last night i ate tuna fish instead od my yogurt snack . just trying to keep this real and lagit.

gotta go tend to the lil girls pluss im beat
