Alright, back and bis and chest and tris or back anf chest alone and arms on a seperate day when they are fresh and ready? That is, what is best for putting on bulk?

Maybe a chest and bi and back and tri is better?
What do you guys think?

For getting big you focus on the big lifts.

Curls don't get you big. Small guys don't have big arms.

If you are in a position to specialize/prioritize your arms, then you would want to split them up.

Mix your arms in w/ other larger muscle groups. This way they are worked both directly and indirectly. For example back w/ bis, chest w/ tris. This will allow you to focus on the muscle and give it plenty of time to recuperate and grow.

Yo whatsup bro? I would strongly suggest training chest and back on separate days, and arms on a separate day. This has ALWAYS worked really well for really packing on muscle to all my bodyparts. I dont mean to be biased to one type of training but really focusing on 1 bodypart (eg. chest) really gave me incredible results..

When it comes to arms nothing ever came even CLOSE to supersetting my bis and tris together. The pump is unbelievable and the feeling of exaustion after the workout is amazing. There are so many great variations.. Barbell curls immediately followed by lying ext., close-grip ez-bar preachers, immediately then close-grip ez-bar overhead ext., cable curls, immediately before/after kneeling overhead cable ext. The list goes on forever. Supersetting arms will definitely KICKSTART your arms into growth..
:D:D

By the way preexaustion is a great intensity technique for example if your upper chest is lagging hitting up some incline flyes immediately before doing heavy flat bench. Really torches your upper chest.

thatnks a lot for the advice moonstar.
I think this will be my new spli:
Chest -- abs/obliques
Legs -- calves
Back -- abs
rest
Shoulders -- abs/obliques
Arms -- calves
rest
cardio -- calves

Agreed-that is the best pump ever! Sometime is is fun to put biceps on the same day as back too. If you do back first, you will feel like a train ran over your bi's when you get into them.

I compound sets a lot too for muscle shock on any bodypart I am concentrating on.
