ive been doing 45 minutes of cardio twice a day 7 days a week. morning cardio on an empty stomach and then ill do it again at 9:00pm (i have a meal at 8pm, so i wait an hour beofre cardio) after my cardio, ill shower, then around 10:15-10:30 ill eat 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese and once im done, im craving for alot of food. almost anything. could the pm cardio be causing that since ive burned alot of food during my cardio. and my cardio is on the treadmill: 5 minute walk/warmup at 2.0 mph then 30 minutes of running at 4.6-4.8 mph then 10 minutes of cooldown at 2.0mph = 45 minutes total. i just dont know why but ever since i started doing pm cardio, ive been craving for food and im extremely hungry at night. anyone else have this or have had this problem?
