I am really getting discouraged coming up with a new routine. My old one worked well, but I just seem to be stagnet in my gains over the past few weeks, so I think its time for a change.
Here was my routine:
Legs
Chest
Back
Tri's
Bi's
Shoulders/rear delts
Traps
Here's the only real new one I can come up with:
Legs
Chest
Back
OFF
Shoulders/Traps/rear delts
Arms
OFF
Anyone help here? Whith the new one, doing tri's with shoulders, and then doing tri's again the day after, just looks like its going to kill me. Im not sure. I just really frusterated with it.
