To gain 30lbs:
1)find a person who weighs roughly 220 and find what they use for poundages, I try fot the strongest guy in the gym.
2)Core lifts all the Hard excercies are a must do no skipping squats, deads or military press.
3) Eat everything and eat all the time...
4) sleep enough roughly 8-10 hours a day
