I tried this new exercise these dudes were doing so I asked if I could work in with them. Anyway they were turned around backwards on the tricep pushdown machine. They used the rope and then you lean over with your butt not touching the base of the machine and then proceed to extend. It was really a killer hit because you were balancing your weight at the same time you were doing the exercise.
Then I did the dips on the two benches. You know where you put your feet on one and the your hands on the other then lower your body down then picking it back up. All except I put 55 lbs on my lap and man I couldn't hold my wife's ass when we were doing it doggy style last night they hurt so bad. (this is good and bad btw)
