How much strength do u gain each month on ur big lifts such as, squat, deadlift, and bench when u do NOT use steroids? I want to compare strength results as I think mine are abnormally low.
Bench- 5-7 lbs a month
Squat - 10-15 a month
Dead -10-15 a month
