I have no clue how to get an appropriate protein shake for me. I'm currently trying to lose weight and I do cardio and some weight lifting. Whats the best kind of protein shake to use for weight loss which is "clean" and mostly pure protein and not too much fat/ extra calories. What exactly is Whey or "Soy Protein"?
I have my diet in check but the problem is that with my summer work and then college trying up soon, I simply don't have time to prepare and only eat "natural" protein food like chicken or fish. Someone please recommend some good healthy protein shakes. Thanks.
