How do bodybuilders cut water weight for a show?

Or stick with milder potassium sparing ones like Aldactone and some OTC diuretics

HCTZ-hydrachlorothiazide very mild diuretic... Lasix are the more severe ones...

Aldactone does nothing for me until 100mg plus. Lasix at 40mg dries me out like crazy but i cramp up unless i use a potassium supplement. Never used or found diazide unfortunately

Not a fan of diuretics.... They give steroids a bad name when being responsible for many body builders deaths.... Not the gear....
