I am training with a former female BB.
She advised that I run 100mg/week test p and EQ. She hasn't given me the dosage on EQ yet. She's making my 30 week calendar.
I have run anavar before and while I got strength and small size gains and hardness.. It's not quite what I need. I'm planning on competing in physique June 11th.
