High protein, low carb. Basically every meal as I get most of my carbs in around my workouts.
It looks like my weight has stabilised/is dropping again, but I'm ~2kg up from where I'd expect. 99% sure this is just the water from the GH.
BP still good, not numb fingers or noticeable swelling, so pretty happy.
Little bit flat from the constant deficit, but I've been working on my side chest and I think it's improving. It was back/pull day anyway so it shouldn't be popping, but looked alright
