High protein, low carb. Basically every meal as I get most of my carbs in around my workouts.


It looks like my weight has stabilised/is dropping again, but I'm ~2kg up from where I'd expect. 99% sure this is just the water from the GH.
BP still good, not numb fingers or noticeable swelling, so pretty happy.

Little bit flat from the constant deficit, but I've been working on my side chest and I think it's improving. It was back/pull day anyway so it shouldn't be popping, but looked alright

I love lifting weights. The diet and cardio side is the hard part.

You will be the most muscular man at your wedding!!!
Yesterday this was probably true.
Today, I'm not sure.

Currently lying in a hospital bed waiting on surgery to repair a hernia. Went to the gp to check it yesterday, a scan this morning, and into emergency at midday.

Fucking sucks. The surgery I don't really care about, but the next 6 weeks of taking it easy is going to kill me.
Follow that with a 7 week honeymoon where training will be limited, and next year I will be small and fat again.

I need to talk to Tom and the surgeon about exactly what I can do and when, but I suspect it will be at least a few weeks of no weights, then a few weeks of unilateral and light weights.

PEDs wise, I think it will be:
Low test
5iu gh
Klow or glow or similar to speed up healing.

Thanks for the love everyone. I will keep updating with recovery details, but that's probably the end of progress in this log 😢

KLOW good for a big push but over kill for this op. BPC @1-1•5mg ed and tb @1.4mg ed for one month than back it off to 500mcg of each ed for another 6 weeks you will be good as gold!!!

Especially @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals and @Sassy Rep for the support and the quality products.

But I have a decent recovery to get through, followed by my wedding, followed by a 7 week honeymoon.

So really this is probably as far as I take my physique until next year. Very happy with where I got to, disappointing to end it here, but excited for the next phase and chapter.

I will for sure be back next year with a new log <3 (and I'll keep updating this one as I recover, just no point posting "got another 10k steps in today without too much pain 😂)

Been feeling pretty good and getting 30 mins of cardio and 10k steps daily for the past ~10 days.
Tomorrow I plan to pick up some weights. It's a week earlier than the doctor advised but it should be alright.
Coach has redone my program - unilateral work, mostly cables and machines, and I'll keep weights very light until my follow up appointment next week.

Hey man, im super new here. Im not even sure if im replying to this properly, or if this is the forum or place to do so - so please let me know or forgive me if im out of line. I ran KLOW for about 2 months with minimal to no noticeable results.
Il preface this with the info that im not a doctor or chemist, just stating what ive noticed and watched. Apparently different peptides are stable at different pH levels, and when you combine them, especially in KLOW, it makes a few ineffective. Morning all. Post upper day pump.

Still working with reduced weights, limited exercises, just trying to not put too much strain on the abdominals. But feeling better, stronger, and hopefully in a position to tighten up just a touch.

Been pretty stable at 91kg, roughly 2700cal/day.

Wedding is in 17 days, honeymoon in 19.


Massive massive thankyou to coach Tom for the safe programming, diet support, and generally absorbing some of my anxiety.
He has given some tips this morning to look more like an X and less like a Y.

But pretty happy given I've had 4 weeks in a surplus with fuck all training.

I dont really know or understand enough about why each peptide being "stable at different pH's" means that using them in a blend could lead to a reduced effectivness.

I'm not saying that ghk cant be stable in bac water. I just noticed for myself that I had noticed effects of ghk cu when i started using it standalone (50mg vial) Compared to using it for 2 months as part of a KLOW 80 blend (50/10/10/10)

@Hiddenmonkey makes sense and that’s a smart observation. pH stability matters because peptides can degrade faster when mixed if their ideal storage environments differ, so a blend can lose potency before use even if stored right bro

DoctordUP2 on reddit, they are the creator of the original GHK Cu protocol and a few others as well. Basically,n someone who without a doubt does know what they are talking about. One of their threads for more info. Anyway, i meesaged them to get clarity and check if i was giving you guys right info. Looks like I either got shitty KLOW, or i did something wrong.

Good info share and good on you for checking with the source before spreading anything. DoctorDUP2 has solid data on GHK and KLOW stability, so that clarity helps the forum bro but he lies a lot too

Start a proper log though, it’ll help track how your KLOW or any peptide reacts for you week by week, you planning to do them right? @Hiddenmonkey
