Help me target weak muscle group please!!!

Ok, I grow size/strength like this:

excellent: tri's/chest

decent: legs/traps

pretty bad: bis

awful: shoulders(esp. side delt)


Are there any exercises I should be focusing/ideas anyone has after seeing this. I already have a great split Greek Freak gave me, so not looking to change that, but figured posting this might hit a lightbulb with someone. Thanks!!!
 
mon: chest
tues: hams/traps/bi's(this is the day I do deadlifts)
wed: off
thurs: shoulders/tri's
fri: quads(the day I do squats)
sat: back
sun: off
 
Any bodypart that you have trouble with you should probably put first in your workout when you have the most strength and energy. So I would do bi's first if you have trouble building them, I've tried the pre-exhausting thing and it didn't do jack shit for me. As for shoulder's, I've always had really narrow ones, this past year I concentrated on heavy military press (to the front) along with side laterals and my side delts blew up
