I like this classic Cottage Cheese recipe.
2/3 Cup Cottage Cheese
1-2 Scoops Flavored Whey Protein
1-2 TBSP Nat. Peanut Butter
2 tsp Splenda
Mix it together and freeze for a few hours.
Nice and high on protein and has some good fats. Taste pretty good also, almost like what I'd expect a dessert taste like. I have one of these every evening, and sometimes more.
