Hey everyone, my goals are to add a lil more mass but get my bf% down some...also I want to gain more upper body strength...guys always look at me when I'm doing legs n think Ur pretty strong, but I'm always thinking, "yeah u haven't seen me on the bench press yet, have u"..LOL...so strength, mass, and lower bf%
