Goals?

Hey everyone, my goals are to add a lil more mass but get my bf% down some...also I want to gain more upper body strength...guys always look at me when I'm doing legs n think Ur pretty strong, but I'm always thinking, "yeah u haven't seen me on the bench press yet, have u"..LOL...so strength, mass, and lower bf%:-)

Since we are between two major holidays I thought I would ask what everyone has on their plate for goals.

I want to stay around 240. I need to bring up my shoulders, upper back and quads.
Another area for me is my cardio. Just to be healthier.

If all goes well I should be in great shape by the summer. I'm fairly lean now. I just have some balancing out to do.

Bro at your weight as height I have just the formula for you man. You sould strongly consider the Strong Lifts 5s5. Google it and give it some thought my good man. You would be a beast!!

I'm in the same boat! I get super frustrated lifting 4-5 times the weight on the legs than I bench!

I will def check it out. Lately I have been going lighter with more volume. Its crippling me but I love it.
The surgeon told me to go light until June and then I can start going heavier. He knows how I want to lift and said better safe then back in his office (been under the knife once a year for the last three years with him).
 
By all means then go with what he said bro. Slow and easy = long term!
 
I feel for you been injured is so hard totally knocks the routine. But when you get better I think it pushes you to go back with a vengeance ...hope things feel better soon for you!
