Whats up bros, ive gotten some pretty good advice from the guys on here, lets keep the ball rolling!
Im 6' 260lbs roughly 18-20% body fat.
started running going to drop 10-15lbs before i start.
Goals: cut as much body fat as possible while adding 10-15 LBM
cycle plan as follows
1-10 sustanon 250 - 500mg per week (mon/thurs)
1-4 anavar 60mg
4-12 hcgenerate
8-12 anavar 60mg
13-18 clomid 50/25/25/12.5
13-18 forma, post cycle, daa powerchews
Questions:
- Any input on cycle?
- diet is clean but how many calories would you reccomend per day to accomplish this goal?
- for pct Ive read start 18-21 days after last sust pin. so should i start pct beginning of week 14 instead of beginning of week 13?
- can i run the var 1-4 then 7-13? or would this affect pct?
- as far as vitamins i want to run mega men vitality and performance, has almost everything in it..Is this a good supp? reccomend any others?
- Should i continue to run the HCGenerate starting week 4 and all the way through pct?
