getting in important cardio when you have leg issues

I find that when I mix in excellent cardio with my bodybuilding and weight training that I get really good results in terms of recomp and cutting.
The problem is it hurts when I go running the bottom of my feet hurt and I get ankle and shin splint issues.
I can’t be the only one with this problem what are some other ways you can get in cardio to complement your weight training that don’t involve running or jogging?

i you have feet issues you probably have other issues too
you can do high rep weights to get your grind on with cardio
 
I would definitely look into your shoes that you're using as well

Makes it tough but it can be done
