Getting back into training after car accident

I was in a real bad auto accident in February of this year. My neck, back, shoulders, hips, and tailbone were injured in the accident. I still can't lift any heavy. What cardio could I do without hurting myself or making things worse?

My boyfriend did walking and light jogging in the pool. It really helped him and did not put a lot of strain on his injuries. But he just had a torn up knee and ankle, the rest were just bad bruises. He was lucky. Dont you have a physical therapist?

the pool is really light impact and pretty hard work. I used to do it with him sometimes, its a lot harder than the elliptical trainer.

Sorry to hear about your accident.

I would recommend a visit to a reputable physiotherapist, and have them help you come up with a good programme.

Pool therapy is the way to go. This is how we start most of our trauma patients after a serious injury. PM me if you need any other info.
