Food then shake post workout?

take most all of this with a grain of salt, as this is largely conjecture, not strongly rooted scientific fact.

Yep, thats why mine is at least an hour and a half before. I feel that plenty of time for me to digest a liquid meal.

Each to their own...
 
just eat like a horse and forget the shakes.. I guess a shake every so offten is ok if you cant eat all your protien, but I try to stick to solid foods.

I agree... Do shakes when you can, but food is fine anytime, all the time. If you can't grow with food, you won't grow with shakes...
