Probably squats, lunges, leg curls, and extensions...

And what do you think of Lunge in smith machine? One leg or alternating legs? Followed by good mornings with 35lb disc? :chomp:

I say do lunges in whatever way you prefer!! I don't think any one method is better than any other really....

:heart: :heart: :heart: Hi melliza! Sorry, have been so busy at work and hardly any time to post but the boss is away so....How are you??? I will catch up on the reading in your log after doing this...I love lunges on the Smith machine. I do them stationary- all reps on one leg and then switch..I always feel them the next day! I can't really do walking lunges in my gym--the layout is too crowded and zig-zag and there are too many peeps around...LOOOOVe good mornings too- I usually do them with a barbell- 45 lb but tried them on the Smith machine the other day and loved that tooo! Good to switch up! I go for heavier weight and less reps because I really want to build the muscle and feel it the next day- versus "toning"--yuck! Waste of time, for me..just does not work.
