So I am finally getting into a serious workout and healthy diet and I want to find supplements that will get me going and that are safe. I am 37 years old, 5' 7", and weigh 194...with a BMI at 30.4%...considered to be obese....ouch!
Well, I am working out 4 times a week, 2 days an hour of laps in the pool for cardio and 2 days with a trainer doing weights and conditioning for an hour.
I have added whey protein to my diet to help me after work outs with the trainer and now want to add supplements that help me to stay energized and suppress my appetite a bit. I have heard of Lipostim and Lipoflame from these forums and was wondering if people would recommend addind this to my program.
My goals are to loose about 25pds and to stay commited to the gym and eating better. I am new to these forumns and this site and I look forward to learning as much as possible.
