I have been using that bally m-fit shit lately because I got a good deal on it. I was wondering if it is as good as other meal replacement drinks such as met-rx and myoplex. I usually wake up and drink a shake every morning. I throw a lot of fruit in it because I figured that it is better to get the sugars out of the way early in the day. I mix 1 packet of b-fit (yeah, I know! I hate bally's too!) with 1 bananna, 5 large strawberries and about 16oz of orange juice. then I throw in a scoop of nitro-tech. I think there is a shit load of carbs but I was wondering if it was OK so early in the morning. I cut out the rest of the carbs at about three o'clock. Anyway, does this sound crazy to you guys or what? Should I cut out the bananna and strawberries? If so, When do I squeeze in the fruit portions or should I cut them out all together.
