Fat shake?!?

I have been using that bally m-fit shit lately because I got a good deal on it. I was wondering if it is as good as other meal replacement drinks such as met-rx and myoplex. I usually wake up and drink a shake every morning. I throw a lot of fruit in it because I figured that it is better to get the sugars out of the way early in the day. I mix 1 packet of b-fit (yeah, I know! I hate bally's too!) with 1 bananna, 5 large strawberries and about 16oz of orange juice. then I throw in a scoop of nitro-tech. I think there is a shit load of carbs but I was wondering if it was OK so early in the morning. I cut out the rest of the carbs at about three o'clock. Anyway, does this sound crazy to you guys or what? Should I cut out the bananna and strawberries? If so, When do I squeeze in the fruit portions or should I cut them out all together. :p :p
 
It's fine... Fruit carbs are different than crap sugar carbs like candy and shit... I'm mean carbs are carbs, but you shouldn't worry about getting fat off of fruit... But dude.. Ditch the Ntiro-Tech bullshit ASAP... it's rip off protein and underdosed (meaning there isn't as much of what they SAY is in there). Don't waste your money on muscletech stuff. Use a good protein supp...

That's only if he's on a low low carb diet... It's fine if you are trying to bulk, juice and other fruits are good sources of carbs and are preferred over shit like candy, doughnuts, and junk food like that.... What are your goals?
