i know that alot of people said that this wasn't too healthy, but i'm gonna give it a while anyways. i'm also doing it without the flax seed oil b/c my protein already tastes like shit with water and that would make it that much worse. my meals for the day are gonna be 2 scoops of protein w/ water 6 times per day. i'm only plannin on trying this for a couple weeks. and i'm sure after 6 days of it i'll have a cheat day. i'll let you guys know how it turns out...as of this morning i weighed 214.5.
