Thats why I wanted you to look at it. You can do em for more chest or for more tricep pending on how you position your bod. I have done both. If your warmed up properly not an issue. But you still need to be careful and aware of your body.
 
Wow does that ever hit the chest way better !!! Thanks bro !! Definitely won't be doing that with a 45 pound plate for a bit though haha

Standing wide grip curls:85x8x5
incline seated curls:25x8x4
nelsons cable curls:35x10x3

Rope Pulldown hold and squeeze:60x12x3
tricep extensions:15x12x3

Started tanning today , makes a big diff for definition
 
Not looking good bros , I think I may have got a hernia !! I have a doc now who knows and is chill with roids. So that's a positive lol.. But may be out of commission for awhile :-/ , I did 265x5x5 on squats though, but when I went to do those stupid ab machines I had the worst fuckin pain in my life in my right lower ab, I'm like scared to move now
