Hernias kinda suck. I popped one way back when the Recomp competition was just starting. Had it fixed but it repopped. Now its just there and I keep an eye on it. Will get repaired again sometime when I decide I wanna 5 week break. For the most part it dosnt bother me too much. Thats why I am doing rack pulls and no dead lifts. The dead lifts seemed to make it kinda painful. So the take home lesson here is do what you can and dont sweat it too much. If you wanna get it fixed and have insurance then by all means go for it. But if you dont wanna take the time off or dont have insurance right now it really is no big thing.
