If it were me I would do and stick with the SL 5x5. Easy, and works extremely well. Whats not to like about it.
Bro you need to discipline yourself to decide what your gonna do and then stick with it. If you jump from program to program your not gonna get the benefit of any of them.
So make your choice and stick with it for the duration of the allocated time.

I agree with zed, you have to map it out and follow through or you're just gonna be wasting your time....choose one and stick with it. If you go with the 4 day split then I would just change the excersizes up every 3 months or so

I'm still kinda in leeway cause my lower back feels out of place still man , I'm thinking the Dorian yates for 2 months to let my back heal , cause 5x5 is thrashing ur back 3 times a week , which is great when mines healthy , but not for now , gonna get it checked out again soon

Pump was so intense I couldnt go up in weight on close grip , Great workout , gaining my weight back now :), gained 5 pounds in 2 days
