Chest
Shoulders /tris
Back/bis
Legs
Working out every other day and doing 6 reps on compound workouts and 8-10 on isolation ,probably only like 1-2 max isolation workouts , so still a bulking mass routine I would say

Looks good, I would ditch the nolva and add clomid @25mg ed. I've never used nolva but from the research I've done it just seems worthless to me lol. Post cycle should be enough to conrol estrogen but if you want you can add some forma or aromasin to be on the safe side. I prefe aromasin over adex on cycle simply because aromasin is also known to raise test and igf levels on top of controlling estrogen
 
Yeah I didnt get the test man , I got 180 10mg tabs of Dbol , going on 8 week cycle of 30mg , gonna rock it hard , so should I do the 5x5 still or switch to my four day split I posted

a 4 day split or 5x5 will be effective as long as training intensity,rest, and diet are all in check imo. Don't really like the way you have this set-up tho. Mabe somthing like this?.......

Mon-chest
Tues-back
Wed-rest
Thurs.-arms
fri-legs traps

you need to have rest days after leg and back day for optimal recovery. And start all your day with you heavy compound lifts. Maybe go with a rep scheme like this....10,8,6 with one minute rest in between sets. Dorian yates recommended a routine very similar to this...... and I would also throw a heavy set on your compound lifts in the 1-3 rep range. This type of workout will hit all muscle fibers and provide growth and definition. You can hit abs and calfs eod if you want. The 1 minute restis key in this type of workout....not too mention you can deadlift on back and leg day with this routine. Let me know if you like it and I'll help you dial it in a little more
 
Was just thinking what if I did 5x5 so ican finish what I started but do it 4 days a week instead of 3 and then for my warm up sets I'll do 2 at 10 reps to hit other fibers and then do 5x5 , how does that sound bro ?

Honestly I like the way I'm running the 5x5, seems to be working great bro. Run through my log and check out my workouts
