MetCons in about 2 hours.....oh joy...but the resuls are so worth the small discomfort of a heart attach and barfing up my small intestine...
Fucking MetCons...such nasty lil fucin ass busters. Does your bod ever get kinda condtioned to these lil bastards?
My dam throat feels like someone had been running a coarse wood rasp up and down in it. I have that shiity copper taste in the back of my throat. My chest feels like Ive been supporting a car on it for the entire morning. And the rest of me is just numb....

12 pullups, 8 swighs the same, 8 more fucking burpees.
Thats all I had today, time was 6:15
So then after a couple dozen gasping breaths I also did this,
Walk 1/2 lap, run 1 lap, walk 1 lap.
Time total for both 17.30
Now Im sitting here sweating rivers and keying this...feeling euphoric...right.

Hmm I see that I have a pretty good sized lump in my right pec. Last time I shot them I did the thinner inside edge. When I pulled the pin out got some blood but no a lot. No pain just a firm lump.
Guess Ima shoot in the more meaty part today.
