nutella is the shit, not so good when dieting tho lol. Oj is loaded with sugar also ;). How u lookn bf% wise? Have u had it tested lately? This is a bad time if year to be dieting bro...I feel for you lol

Dropping the primo and the deca for now. May bring the low dose deca back in but wanna wait and see how I do off of it for awhile. Gonna be running test at 750 mg/week for December to help with my light cut.
