Ok this is the start of my food log that Im adding in here.
Breakfast 2 cupsCold cerial with 1 1/2 cups 2% milk...was in a hurry.
Late lunch, (3:00 pm)
2 whole eggs, 5 egg white omlete.
26 oz 96% fat free sausage
3 tablespoons chopped onion
3 tablespoons chopped green pepper
Cardio to be at 4:00 will edit in.

Run 6 laps
Walk 2 laps
Only feeling a little puky this soon after eating. Sure glad I didnt puke while running cuz that would really suck having to breath in that stench...
Dog school at 6:30
Late dinner prolly Ham Steak and broccoli will edit in.
Dinner at 9:00
Dinner was homemade sirloin burger, 16oz no bun.
2 cups brocolli with olive oil and lime juice.
20 oz 2% milk.
Question? Why so late in the day to start eating?
Also 26 OZ Sausage ?
Wheres Salad That will fill you up and has only 33 calories
