I use the wordwide science drink size up with 50 gms of protein in it. I also use the optimum protein with 22 gms in it. On top of eating meat all day & I mean all F'n day long. Is there a certain limit that the body can synthesize and just waste the rest?? Is it better to use small frequent doses of protein or does it even matter as long as it gets in there?? I'm noticing alot more products with 40-50 gms of protein in their drinks. Anyone, anyone....Bueller.....
