First thing can someone tell me how to get rid of that thing that says I have a picture on the post. Anyways. I am trying to get some extra work in on my abs and obliques. I have been using the padded weight bar they use in aerobics, and doing side twists and those bend sideways things also. Does anyway have any suggestions or have you ever used these before, just trying to get some set type of routine. Thanks.

Personally, I don't use any machines for abs. I stick to crunches, leg raises, knee ups, plus I use the decline bench. For obliques, side crunches, side knee ups, basically variations of the same thing.

I wouldn't worry about using the machines for abs. Stick to the basics.
