Do you buy premixed postworkout drinks?

Pre-mixed drinks hardly ever have straight whey for post workouts. Generally, they are expensive and only good for long acting proteins.

I do get the Gladiator at Smoothie King. Only 2 carbs, 50 grams of whey protein, no fat, and 202 calories. $4.80 (tax included). It is expensive.
