I would be willing to post up everything I eat and drink...this keeps me on task and lets fols see that fat loss is painfully slow

That's a great idea. I need to get a digital camera to document my progress, now that I think about it.
 
today:

2 scoops of protein powder in 1 cup milk

handfill of peanuts


packet of tuna 10 crackers


peanuts

packet of tuna 10 crackers

6 oz steak...1 small potato...small serving of sugar free banana pudding


1/3 bag non-buttered popcorn



5 diet cokes
2 gallons water +


weight = 212

by - approx 12ish

WORK GETS NUTS

2 tablespoons pnut bter
500 ml water



7:30

5 strips of bacon
3 large whole eggs
3 whites
2 slices wheat toast
500 ml water
diet coke
