Wu ...Jog on spot & stretch - leg press empty 20 reps ...

Squat w u 2x7 @30 k
5x5 @85kg 186lbs


OHP
3x5 empty bar WU.
5x5 @60kg/131lbs.

Rack pulls from just below knee hight Zed said add 20lb on each side I went @ 127kgs 282lbs 5 reps that's 1 1/2 times my body weight lol
2 then strapped up again 2 then again then 1
Put a shrug at the top of each then lowered the weight 90kg done 10 reps with shrugs.
I love these things there amazing !
