Early morning fasted cardio session 40 mins bpm 150-170 , then some ab work 30 crunches , 30 oblique twist with weight, 30 knee tucks , 30 frog things (not sure there real name lol)
Then smashed leg press 200 kg 3x20 wide, narrow, wide ...now away home to eat , can anyone rem if Radar said whole egg or egg white after fasted cardio?
