Yeah I noticed that Zed. I notice on days I have to carb load before lifting days it's higher. On cardio and rest days it's ok.

I will get it checked this thur when get my bloods done.

Besides, taller peeps look gangly at first but once they build some nice slabs of beef they tend to look better IMO.

My cholesterol is high from the eggs I eat. Radar said not to worry too much about dietary cholesterol from eggs... Something about it not raising body cholesterol or something ... Not sure I'll have to go re read his post...

Correct CS however suga is also on "supps" that tend to raise cholestrol. So I just wanna keep her good and healthy.
