Remember I am Irish and English...so if I drink a decent amount of beer I can have boobs like hers...although I would like to see how they really are and not hidden behind tshirts (like bikini top or something without something blocking em) :qt: :D :evil:

Yeah but you can only do it with real british ale or Irish stout. Them watery li'l micro brews you guys have over in the states just won't cut it. Seriously, I lost my boobs within a week while I was out there!

@ 77.5 kg 170lbs 10x3 felt much easier tw i used a carb loader drink during wo as normally i'd be burned out by set 8
same here boobsy. Your bench has come up so nicely. Be proud of this!

ok drop reps to 50 and add weight here. This seems to be working ok with your tendonitus, is that correct suga?

So with bench should I try 77.5kg 5x5 or go up to 80kg 10x3?

Yeah them curls do the job v nicely no probs with tendon. ;)

Go with the 77.5, 5x5. This is a midland rep stratagy. Meaning that you are not pure strength and not pure hypertorphy but beween the 2 extremes. So its important to maintain the 5x5 as much as we can.
The 10x3 is to get you past sticking points and is fine to use as necessary but we dont wanna use it if not necessary.....unless you wanna be a power lifter.:qt:

On the curls we will drop over time down to 30 total reps while adding weight. At that time we can start looking at bicep strength for you too.

Doing awsomely suga. Right on track and pushing forward.
