Skull crushers @ 25kg 4x8
Close grip bench to 4x8 @45kg 99bs

5 mins DC stretches
40 mins LIT cardio
 
Good on the workout boobsy!
Remember on the Upright Rows, not higher then your sternum. This will save your shoulders.
And I find that if I use an EZ bar for my CGBP it really isolates the outer head of my triceps.
