Seated 2 leg press @ 80kg 2x30 How come this and your iso are the same? Iso is single leg right?

The seated calf press I started doing a couple sets 1 legged after doing your 1 legged killas presses then finish of with two legged seated calf press with heavy weight.
What you think about that Zed? Any tips would be greatly appreciated cxx

Thank you Radar, I Actually done as you recommended and slowly induced carbs back into my diet now I'm slowly adding weight to suit my diet ;)

Fronts Zed!! Sorry lol ;), cool ok so you think just to slowly increase weight will be ok , sets and reps all good?

Ok I've been thinking I have nothing to aim for comp wise so I'm considering starting to clean bulk now. I see these months when I was going to cut up to end July as potential to add mass wasted. Ok so I like the way I look but that's not really the point I want to look my best for next April comp and to me that means more size.
Would love your opinions guys.
