Ok guys here's this what happened last night. For the last three days my training has suffered and after my morning training and cardio for the rest of the day I've been shot so lethargic aching legs and headache. I also noticed the fat loss has slowed on Palumbo. So I started to do some research and found this.

So after reading this had three pancakes a big bowl of oats three slices bread and a glass of milk. Immediate I felt the lethargy subside , I then when to bed knowing I will be out of keto I still will hit my fasted am cardio and lifting , I woke this morning feeling great cant wait to train. After reading this I'm almost sure that's what my issue was as my bf has dropped dramatically , I'm due my normal refead thur so will keep that too and minister me next week. Any thoughts on this guys?
