Haha thanks for that Cs I'm not the typical trashy Geordie tho as I'm just out side Durham so accent is a lot less brutal lol.
 
Ok guys here's this what happened last night. For the last three days my training has suffered and after my morning training and cardio for the rest of the day I've been shot so lethargic aching legs and headache. I also noticed the fat loss has slowed on Palumbo. So I started to do some research and found this. http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/history/topic/25250-1.html
So after reading this had three pancakes a big bowl of oats three slices bread and a glass of milk. Immediate I felt the lethargy subside , I then when to bed knowing I will be out of keto I still will hit my fasted am cardio and lifting , I woke this morning feeling great cant wait to train. After reading this I'm almost sure that's what my issue was as my bf has dropped dramatically , I'm due my normal refead thur so will keep that too and minister me next week. Any thoughts on this guys?

Interesting article. I reckon you're bang on the money there with needing the extra carbs. Thing is the body NEEDS carbs they're essential nutrients so starving yourself of them for too long can't be good. Just common sense really. As far as the lipton thingymajig sending you into starvation mode check this out.

I thought you were macams in durham? Or is that Sunderland?....

going good D ,sometimes you have to spike the system to get it going again, anytime that occurs CARBs are your answer.
just keep doing what you're doing I have faith in you.
also don't forget to have a handfull of of almonds for micro nutrients and essentual fatty acids between meals at least 3 times daily.
