Dieting, water, and spring break...

I am dieting now and I will probably be doing it well in to next year. Before spring break I would like to lose as much water as possible. I have never juiced so it is not due to that, I am concentrating on losing as much fat as possible until spring break and of course thereafter. My question is this, how could I drop water before spring break? I have never dieted to do this (or anything else really for that matter!)

A few weeks (or even days) before spring break just drop sodium (salt), processed food (rich in Na), drink plenty water and take less carbs (carbs held more wtaer than fat or prot)

you can also take (carefuly) mild diuretics like dandelion root, caffeine,....

You can drop water in the weeks before spring break, you don't have to do it now. You can go on a low carb diet 6 days before spring break; add some caffeine and dandillion root/ potassium and Vit C and you're on your way.

Eat banana babyfood the shit has like 500mg of potassium for each one of the little can things. Tastes fucking better than real bananas too.
 
Maybe like 4 weeks before spring break start a CKD. Should shred you and you should lose a lot of water due to the lack of carbs
 
lose the fat first, then worry about the water .. people who prepare for contests will prolly now the most effiecient way to lose water, find one on these boards

What really matters is the ratio
sodium/potassium (the lower the better)
