I am dieting now and I will probably be doing it well in to next year. Before spring break I would like to lose as much water as possible. I have never juiced so it is not due to that, I am concentrating on losing as much fat as possible until spring break and of course thereafter. My question is this, how could I drop water before spring break? I have never dieted to do this (or anything else really for that matter!)
