diet winny and fina??

i am about to start 50 mg ed of winny and 75 mg ood of fina, i am 5 10 241 lbs i am tryin to loose about 20 in fat, i am trying to lose a big amount by feb 18th any suggestions for a diet// as it stands i am hittin the gym 4 days a week and doing cardio 3 days a week 25 min ed usually a high incline treadmill walk or the stair master..

cant really coment on the cycle bro as i hve never run tren/ fina

but in regard to your diet and cv you aint postage your diet- what you proposing to eat and cv it really isnt enough if you are looking to loose 20lbs in 4-5 weeks bro that is like 3-4lbs a week. you need to be 14000cals a week in deficit which basically mean 2000cals a day so you need to be doing say 2 x 40min cv sessions a day (7 days a week on the treadmile and on the stiar master or x trainer) and then be 1000cals a day in deficite.

that is if you are looking to loose the amount of weight you are suggesting
 
bro the winny/fina cycle is an awsome hardening cycle. but its not gonna melt the fat away. i would first kick up the cardio, push the protein to 1-2 grams per pound of bodyweight, and cut calories first before starting a cycle. good luck
 
t-3 needs to be added to loose fat (and some muscle...)

clen t-3 (although ive never used it but seems like it would be key)

as well as a good cardio and diet....
 
clen would be a great addition. But even with all the gear, that much weight loss in that short of a period is crazy. Better get moving.

1) you need a test base for the cycle
2) in this situation, you need a good diet, cardio, rest - doesn't sould like you need AS.

A lot of people talk about AS like it's some type of a weight loss drug, it's not - your diet is key. My guess is 98% of AS users for diet reasons, are on for the wrong reasons.
 
agree, get your diet in check on the diet forum, and no need to start AS as of right now. just cut your bf down to size now. then when you hit your plateu then decide if its time.
 
i agree with everyone else. though ive used clen a few times before but ive always had better results with e/c/a stacks. thats just me tho. but once u get your body fat down, the tren/winny mix is great. but i would add like 300 mgs prop in with it.
